the scenario of my bollards: in-street squares made to slow down cars
Cars slow down for the presence of the people and for the different surface
they encounter (no more asphalt but paving at the same level of the sidewalk)
Note the water collector in the middle in order to prevent splashing to people.
Bollards are placed not to make car park or invade the sidewalk
and at the same time they create a place for the community.
They are designed with eldery people in mind (need to sit)
and young people (need to play again in the streets)
